We initiate every Wellbeing@Work engagement with a comprehensive diagnostic survey to benchmark leader competency in recognizing and mitigating the early indicators of costly workforce disengagement, burnout, and presenteeism. This granular data drives the strategic, customized design of the Choice Points4Health™ training and group coaching curriculum, maximizing ROI by targeting the precise skills required by your people leaders. We understand the challenge of holding these conversations and asking leaders to develop the skills needed to support wellbeing at work.

Training Session 1
(2 hours)

  • Introduce warning signs of burnout

  • Review elements of a Culture of Wellbeing to engage employees, improve productivity & flourish

  • Introduce The ACE Mindset for Key Conversations on burn out and stress management

  • Complete a team assignment on Choice Points4Health

Group Coaching Hour 1 Case Study

Training Session 2
(1.5 hours -Conducted 3 weeks after Coaching Hour 1)

  • Report back on Team Assignment
